It's a Girl Card (Baby Shower Invite Card)

Cut a card at 5 1/2 inches using the Beyond Birthdays Cartiage.
I found a piece of hot pink out of my scrap paper bin, and a white piece with different color polka dots.
I also found a piece of purple and I'm going to use it for my mat.
This time I used my paper trimmer.

Make the purple mat 3 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches.
Take the pink and polka dotted paper and cut it to 3 inches x 1 1/2 inches.
Now take the purple mat and figure out how you would like to place the other two pieces on top. I'm going to place my two pieces on a slant.

Glue them to the purple mat when you figure out what you want to do with the pink and the polka dotted paper. Now I'm going to add a ribbon. You can choose any baby ribbon or you don't have to put a ribbon if you don't want too. I'm going to use a pink "It's a girl" ribbon, about 4 1/2 inches.
Take a little glue and glue the ribbon to the purple mat BUT leave a spot unglued on the front so we can add a bow.
When gluing the ribbon, glue it so some of the ribbon goes on the back of the purple mat.
Take another piece of the same ribbon. I cut mine about 11 inches because I cant work with a small piece of ribbon. Place the ribbon under the spot you didn't glue, tie a bow like you were to tie your shoes and tie it tight.
Take the purple mat and over taping the sides an putting an "X" in the middle.
Sorry its a little hard to see.
Glue it to the white card leaving a little white frame around the purple. I'm going to use a stamp I found at Micheal's for a dollar. It says "It's a Shower" and I'm going to place it on the bottom of the card.
For the inside I'm going to use another stamp that says "Your Invited." Martha Stewart ink pads. I used the color Sweet Pea, and stamped the inside of the card.
Add there you go, now you have a baby shower invitation.
